ACA ASSURANCE

RELEASE OF ASSETS

Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that ACA Assurance intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on or after April 15, 2011, for the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.

Any policyholder or creditor in respect of ACA Assurance’s insurance business in Canada opposing that release must file notice of such opposition with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before April 15, 2011.

The publication of this notice should not be construed as evidence that approval will be issued for the release of assets. The granting of the approval for the release of assets will be dependent upon the normal Insurance Companies Act (Canada) review process and the discretion of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada).

ATLANTIC SALMON FEDERATION

PLANS DEPOSITED

The Atlantic Salmon Federation hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Atlantic Salmon Federation has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Charlotte County Land Registry Office, at St. Stephen, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 29817567, a description of the site and plans for scientific gear, specifically a smolt wheel, for monitoring Atlantic salmon smolts in the Magaguadavic River, at Lee Settlement, New Brunswick, in front of Lots 01244573 to 01237346.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
