Amaranth Aggregates hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Amaranth Aggregates has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Dufferin, at Grand Valley Offices, located on Main Street, Ontario, a description of the site and plans of the existing causeway across the Grand River, at Leggett, in the north half of Lot 32, Concession 3, township of East Luther Grand Valley.

Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

The Association des sports nautiques des lacs St-Joseph et Ste-Marie hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Association des sports nautiques des lacs St-Joseph et Ste-Marie has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Land register of Québec at the office of the District Registrar of Argenteuil, Quebec, under deposit No. 17 802 718, a description of the site and plans for two water ski courses, one of which is located on an unsurveyed area of Saint-Joseph Lake and the other on an unsurveyed area of Sainte-Marie Lake, in Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, Quebec. The coordinates of the western entrance of the course on Saint-Joseph Lake are 45.97456 N, 74.33367 W and those of the eastern entrance are 45.97489 N, 74.33026 W. The coordinates of the western entrance of the course on Sainte-Marie Lake are 45.95862 N, 74.28704 W and those of the eastern entrance are 45.95864 N, 74.28360 W.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 901 Du Cap-Diamant Street, 3rd Floor, Québec, Quebec G1K 4K1.
