Under section 9 of the said Act, Nouvelle Autoroute 30 CJV s.e.n.c. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Land Registry Office of Beauharnois, at Beauharnois, Quebec, under deposit No. 19 191 382, a description of the site and plans for a ship retainer system located in the Beauharnois Canal, in Beauharnois, on lots 441, 442, 443, 444, 445, 447, 448 and 449 of the cadastre of the parish of Saint-Clément, in the registry division of Beauharnois, of which the approximate GPS boundary points are from longitude 73°55′2.142″ W, latitude 45°17′33.423″ N, to longitude 73°55′49.156″ W, latitude 45°17′39.103″ N, to longitude 73°55′24.437″ W, latitude 45°17′29.445″ N and to longitude 73°55′29.679″ W, latitude 45°17′24.631″ N.

However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
