Under section 9 of the said Act, Kelly Cove Salmon Ltd. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Charlotte County Registry Office, at St. Stephen, New Brunswick, under deposit Nos. 32343015 (site MF-0168) and 32342900 (site MF-0055), a description of the site and plans of existing aquaculture facilities in Bay Management Area 1, in Friar’s Bay, on the western side of Campobello Island, Bay of Fundy, Charlotte County, New Brunswick, in front of lots bearing PIDs 1204486, 1203637, 1202902, 1202886, 1203538, 15047160, 15149651, 15190382, 15190390, 1204411, 1203215, 1330315, 1202605, 1203058, 15175862, 1201995, 15164791, 1203611, 1203546 and 1202621.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
