Under section 9 of the said Act, Donald D. Gay has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Northumberland County, at Miramichi, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 33484719, a description of the site and plans for the suspended culture of molluscs at existing aquaculture site MS-0819, in Neguac Bay.

However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 383 of the Insurance Companies Act, the Minister of Finance has previously issued an Order approving an application regarding the voluntary liquidation and dissolution of The National Life Assurance Company of Canada (“National Life”). National Life believes it has taken all required actions to permit the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent dissolving the company.

In furtherance of the voluntary liquidation and dissolution of National Life, Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. has assumed all of the insurance policies and other existing and potential obligations of National Life.
