Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Graham Commuter Partners has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan, at 101–1414 8th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan S7H 0T1, under deposit No. 112804540, a description of the site and plans for the bridge over the South Saskatchewan River, Saskatoon, in NW Section 28, Township 36, Range 05, W3M.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 344 Edmonton Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 0P6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
