COAST CAPITAL SAVINGS CREDIT UNION

LETTERS PATENT OF CONTINUANCE

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada), that Coast Capital Savings Credit Union intends to file with the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, on or after April 18, 2017, an application for the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent continuing Coast Capital Savings Credit Union as a federal credit union to carry on the business of banking in Canada.

The proposed federal credit union will operate under the name of Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union in English and Coopérative de crédit fédérale Coast Capital Savings in French. Its head office will be located in Surrey, British Columbia. It will offer a full range of banking services to individuals and businesses.

Any person who objects to the proposed continuance may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before May 15, 2017.

Ryan Perry hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigation Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under paragraph 5(6)(b) of the said Act, Ryan Perry has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Prince County, at Summerside, Prince Edward Island, under deposit No. 39718, a description of the site and plans for the off-bottom culture of oysters in Conway Narrows, in front of Lot BOT-6278-L, at Conway Narrows, Prince Edward Island.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Regional Manager, Navigation Protection Program, Transport Canada, 95 Foundry Street, P.O. Box 42, Moncton, New Brunswick E1C 8K6. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A CANADIAN BRANCH

Notice is hereby given that Sirius Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd., incorporated under the laws of Bermuda and registered therein, intends to file with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, under section 574 of the Insurance Companies Act, on or after April 19, 2017, an application for an order approving the insuring in Canada of risks for property and casualty, and other specialty classes (excluding life) limited to the business of reinsurance. The proposed branch will carry on business in Canada under the name Sirius Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd.

The head office of Sirius Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd. is located in Hamilton, Bermuda, and its Canadian chief agency will be located in Toronto, Ontario.

Sirius Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd. is an operating company within Sirius International Insurance Group, Ltd. (Bermuda) whose ultimate corporate parent, China Minsheng Investment Co. Ltd., is based in the People's Republic of China (Shanghai).
