Statement of Proposed Royalties to Be Collected for the Performance in Public or the Communication to the Public by Telecommunication, in Canada, of Published Sound Recordings Embodying Musical Works and Performers’ Performances of Such Works
Notice is hereby given that in the Copyright Board supplement published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, Vol. 151, No. 19, dated May 13, 2017, the deadline for objecting to the proposed tariffs should have read “July 12, 2017” and not “July 5, 2017.” The second paragraph on page 2 and the date of the signature block should have read as follows:
- “In accordance with the provisions of the same subsection, the Board hereby gives notice that all prospective users or their representatives who wish to object to the proposed tariffs may file written objections with the Board, at the address indicated below, within 60 days of the publication hereof, that is no later than July 12, 2017.
