CAPE BRETON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT

Order Designating the Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the Minister for Purposes of the Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in section 2 of the Cape Breton Development Corporation Act (see footnote a), hereby

(a) revokes Order in Council P.C. 1995-612 of April 12, 1995 (see footnote b); and

(b) designates the Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada appointed by Commission under the Great Seal to be the Minister for the purposes of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Act (see footnote c) as the Minister for the purposes of the Cape Breton Development Corporation Act (see footnote a).
