Regulations Amending the Indian Bands Council Method of Election Regulations (Miscellaneous Program)

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 74(3) of the Indian Act (see footnote a), hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Indian Bands Council Method of Election Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
REGULATIONS AMENDING THE INDIAN BANDS COUNCIL METHOD OF ELECTION REGULATIONS (MISCELLANEOUS PROGRAM)
AMENDMENT
1. The portion of item 1 of Part Ⅰ of Schedule III to the Indian Bands Council Method of Election Regulations (see footnote 1) in column 1 is replaced by the following:

COMING INTO FORCE
2. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
