CHFTA Sugar Aggregate Quantity Limit Order

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 49.6(9) (see footnote a) of the Customs Tariff (see footnote b), makes the annexed CHFTA Sugar Aggregate Quantity Limit Order.

CHFTA SUGAR AGGREGATE QUANTITY LIMIT ORDER

TARIFF RATE QUOTA

1. The aggregate quantity limit of goods of tariff item Nos. 1701.91.10, 1701.99.10, 1702.90.21, 1702.90.61, 1702.90.70 and 1702.90.81 that are entitled to the Honduras Tariff is, for the period set out in column 1 of the schedule, the applicable aggregate quantity limit set out in column 2.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which section 43 of the Canada–Honduras Economic Growth and Prosperity Act, chapter 14 of the Statues of Canada, 2014, comes into force, but if these Regulations are registered after that day, they come into force on the day on which they are registered.
