CANADA STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURE FUND ACT

Order Designating the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition “Minister” in section 2 of the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund Act (see footnote a), effective November 4, 2015,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2014-376 of April 7, 2014 (see footnote b); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Strategic Infrastructure Fund Act (see footnote c).
