Latest publishing rates for the Canada Gazette
Consult the latest rates for public and private organizations to publish a notice in the Canada Gazette.
Important
As of April 1, 2021, the Canada Gazette publishing rates will increase to reflect the consumer price index (CPI) from 2019 to 2021, and to comply with the requirements of the Service Fees Act. Going forward, the Canada Gazette Directorate will be adjusting its rates annually using CPI. The new official rates will be published on the Canada Gazette website in March 2021.

The rate of $402 plus applicable taxes is based on a full page.Footnote 1 A page is letter size.
Affidavit
The affidavit is a signed document that officially states that a notice was published in Part I of the Canada Gazette on a specific date. It may be used before a court as evidence. You can obtain an affidavit free of charge.
