RELEASE OF ASSETS
Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that The British Aviation Insurance Company Limited intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on or after June 27, 2011, for the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.
Any policyholder or creditor in respect of The British Aviation Insurance Company Limited’s insurance business in Canada opposing that release must file notice of such opposition with the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before June 27, 2011.
The publication of this notice should not be construed as evidence that approval will be issued for the release of assets. The granting of the approval for the release of assets will be dependent upon the normal Insurance Companies Act (Canada) review process and the discretion of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada).

The City of Granby, hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Me Catherine Bouchard, on behalf of the City of Granby, has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Shefford, at 77 Principale Street, Suite RC22, in Granby, Quebec, under deposit No. 18 113 687, a description of the site and plans for a new floating bridge across the Yamaska North River. Said floating bridge will link to the city’s bicycle path network and ensure the general security of the public. The path will thus be extended from the northern bank of the Yamaska North River near the Granby tourist office at 111 Denison Street East (Place de la Gare) to the other bank of the river and Boivin Lake. The bridge will be situated on Lot 1 140 506 of the Cadastre of Quebec, Registry District of Shefford, on the north bank and on Lot 1 140 489 of the Cadastre of Quebec, Registry District of Shefford, on the south bank, crossing the Yamaska North River over a distance of approximately 94 m.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 901 Du Cap-Diamant Street, 3rd Floor, Québec, Quebec G1K 4K1. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
