Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Canadian Branch of Arch Insurance Company intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions on or after May 15, 2012, for approval, pursuant to section 587.1 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], to cause itself to be reinsured, on an assumption reinsurance basis, against all of the risks undertaken by it in respect of its policies in Canada, by Arch Insurance Canada Ltd., a company proposed to be incorporated under the Act.
A copy of the proposed Assumption Reinsurance Agreement is available to policyholders at the Canadian head office of Arch Insurance Company, located at 77 King Street W, Suite 3600, P.O.
