Resolution
The Board of Directors of the Canada Employment Insurance Financing Board, pursuant to section 66.5 of the Employment Insurance Act, S.C. 1996, c. 23, has set the 2013 employment insurance premium rate for residents of all provinces, with the exception of Quebec, at $1.88 per $100 of insurable earnings. The employment insurance premium rate for Quebec residents in 2013 is set at $1.52 per $100 of insurable earnings.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2012-015) from Storeimage, of Gatineau, Quebec, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 12-1630-MCN-067) by the Canadian Museum of Nature (CMN). The solicitation is for the construction of a permanent exhibition at the Vale Earth Gallery of the CMN. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Storeimage alleges that the evaluation criteria stated in the solicitation document were not clear and that the CMN did not evaluate its proposal fairly.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2012-016) from Professional Computer Consultants Group Ltd. (Procom), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. K7A31-12-0152) by the Department of the Environment (Environment Canada). The solicitation is for the provision of six business analysts (level II and level III) under the Task-based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Procom alleges that Environment Canada improperly evaluated its proposal.

NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES
The Commission posts on its Web site the decisions, notices of consultation and regulatory policies that it publishes, as well as information bulletins and orders. On April 1, 2011, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure came into force. As indicated in Part 1 of these Rules, some broadcasting applications are posted directly on the Commission’s Web site, www.crtc.gc.ca, under “Part 1 Applications.”
To be up to date on all ongoing proceedings, it is important to regularly consult “Today’s Releases” on the Commission’s Web site, which includes daily updates to notices of consultation that have been published and ongoing proceedings, as well as a link to Part 1 applications.
The following documents are abridged versions of the Commission’s original documents. The original documents contain a more detailed outline of the applications, including the locations and addresses where the complete files for the proceeding may be examined. These documents are posted on the Commission’s Web site and may also be examined at the Commission’s offices and public examination rooms. Furthermore, all documents relating to a proceeding, including the notices and applications, are posted on the Commission’s Web site under “Public Proceedings.”
