DISCONTINUANCE

Notice is hereby given that First Data Loan Company, Canada, incorporated under the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) with its head office in Mississauga, Ontario, and a wholly owned subsidiary of First Data Corporation, intends to make an application pursuant to paragraph 38(1)(b) of the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) on or after November 15, 2012, for the approval of the Minister of Finance (Canada) for a certificate of continuance as a corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with a legal name of “First Data Canada Ltd.” Subject to the approval of the Minister of Finance (Canada), upon the issuance of the certificate of continuance the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) shall cease to apply to First Data Loan Company, Canada.
