DETERMINATION
Information processing and related telecommunications services
Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) made a determination (File No. PR-2012-016) on November 30, 2012, with respect to a complaint filed by Professional Computer Consultants Group (Procom), of Ottawa, Ontario, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C. 1985 (4th Supp.), c. 47, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. K7A31-12-0152) by the Department of the Environment (Environment Canada). The solicitation was for the provision of six business analysts (level II and level III) under the Task-based Informatics Professional Services Supply Arrangement.
Procom alleged that Environment Canada improperly evaluated its proposal.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade, the North American Free Trade Agreement and the Agreement on Government Procurement, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was not valid.

Steel piling pipe
Notice is hereby given that, on November 30, 2012, further to the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency of final determinations dated October 31, 2012, that carbon and alloy steel pipe piles, commonly identified as piling pipe, in outside diameter ranging from 3 1/2 inches up to and including 16 inches (8.9 cm to 40.6 cm) inclusive, in commercial quality and in various forms and finishes, usually supplied to meet ASTM A252, ASTM A500, CSA G.40.21 or comparable specifications or standards, whether single, dual or multiple certified, excluding carbon steel welded pipe, in the nominal size range of 3 1/2 inches up to and including 6 inches (89 mm to 168.3 mm) in outside diameter, in various forms and finishes, usually supplied to meet ASTM A252 or equivalent specifications, other than carbon steel welded pipe in the nominal size range of 3 1/2 inches up to and including 6 inches, dual-stencilled to meet the requirements of both specification ASTM A252, Grades 1 to 3, and specification API 5L, with bevelled ends and in random lengths, for use as foundation piles, originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China had been dumped and subsidized, and pursuant to subsection 43(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal found that the dumping and subsidizing of the aforementioned goods (Inquiry No. NQ-2012-002) had not caused injury but were threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

Notice is hereby given that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) issued an order (File No. PR-2012-022) on November 28, 2012, with respect to a complaint filed by Offshore Systems Ltd. (OSL), of Burnaby, British Columbia, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. F7054-120009/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. The solicitation was for the supply and delivery of radar components and software to the Canadian Coast Guard.
Pursuant to subsection 30.13(5) of the Canadian International Trade TribunalAct, the Tribunal has ceased its inquiry into the complaint and terminated all proceedings relating thereto.

NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES
The Commission posts on its Web site the decisions, notices of consultation and regulatory policies that it publishes, as well as information bulletins and orders. On April 1, 2011, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure came into force. As indicated in Part 1 of these Rules, some broadcasting applications are posted directly on the Commission’s Web site, www.crtc.gc.ca, under “Part 1 Applications.”
To be up to date on all ongoing proceedings, it is important to regularly consult “Today’s Releases” on the Commission’s Web site, which includes daily updates to notices of consultation that have been published and ongoing proceedings, as well as a link to Part 1 applications.
