Under section 9 of the said Act, Atlantic Pacific Trading Inc. has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the municipal town offices of Comfort Cove-Newstead and Lewisporte, Newfoundland and Labrador, under deposit No. NWP-2012-700205/AQ-1089, a description of the site and plans for a proposed commercial blue mussel aquaculture site located near Coal All Island and Chapel Island, Notre Dame Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, at coordinates 49°23.593 N, 54°45.411 W and 49°23.692 N, 54°44.034 W.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

The Corporation of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Corporation of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Kent, at Chatham, Ontario, under deposit No. R670620, a description of the site and plans of the existing Marsh Line Bridge, located across the Hind Relief Drain, along Marsh Line, in the township of Dover, with rehabilitation works consisting of the installation of pre-cast bridge deck sections, cast-in-place concrete caps on existing abutments, a cast-in-place load distribution slab over the new bridge deck, construction of Thrie-beam guiderails over the structure and approaches, minor adjustments to the road profile, and miscellaneous concrete repairs on existing abutments and wing walls.
