Notice is hereby given that, on March 22, 2013, pursuant to subsection 37.1(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal determined that there was evidence that disclosed a reasonable indication that the dumping of cold-drawn carbon or alloy steel wire, of solid cross section with an actual diameter of 1.082 mm (0.0426 inch) to 12.5 mm (0.492 inch), plated or coated with zinc or zinc alloy, whether or not coated with plastic, excluding flat wire, originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China, the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Spain and the subsidizing of the above-mentioned goods from the People's Republic of China had caused injury or were threatening to cause injury (Preliminary Injury Inquiry No. PI-2012-005).

Custodial operations and related services
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) has received a complaint (File No. PR-2012-047) from M.L. Wilson Management (ML Wilson), of Jasper, Alberta, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 5P423-13-6419) by the Parks Canada Agency (Parks Canada). The solicitation is for the provision of housekeeping services at the Palisades Stewardship Education Centre in Jasper National Park. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal has decided to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
ML Wilson alleges that Parks Canada failed to follow the proper process when it awarded the contract to another bidder.

NOTICE TO INTERESTED PARTIES
The Commission posts on its Web site the decisions, notices of consultation and regulatory policies that it publishes, as well as information bulletins and orders. On April 1, 2011, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure came into force. As indicated in Part 1 of these Rules, some broadcasting applications are posted directly on the Commission's Web site, www.crtc.gc.ca, under “Part 1 Applications.”
To be up to date on all ongoing proceedings, it is important to regularly consult “Today's Releases” on the Commission's Web site, which includes daily updates to notices of consultation that have been published and ongoing proceedings, as well as a link to Part 1 applications.
The following documents are abridged versions of the Commission's original documents. The original documents contain a more detailed outline of the applications, including the locations and addresses where the complete files for the proceeding may be examined. These documents are posted on the Commission's Web site and may also be examined at the Commission's offices and public examination rooms. Call for applications — Radio stations to serve Vancouver, British Columbia
The Commission announces that it has received an application from South Fraser Broadcasting Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate an English-language commercial radio programming undertaking in Surrey, British Columbia, which is located in the Vancouver radio market. Given the scarcity of FM frequencies in the Vancouver radio market, the Commission hereby calls for applications from other parties wishing to obtain a radio licence (or licences) to serve this area.
Persons interested in responding to this call must submit a duly completed application to the Commission by no later than June 17, 2013, 8 p.m. Eastern time, using the appropriate application form for a licence to operate a new radio station. Applicants are also required to submit all necessary technical documentation to the Department of Industry by the same date.
It should be noted that, in making this call, the Commission has not reached any conclusion on the licensing of any radio service at this time.
Applicants will be required to provide evidence giving clear indication that there is demand and a market for the station and the proposed service.
