Notice is also hereby given that Cidel Trust Company, a trust company under the laws of the Province of Alberta, intends to file with the Superintendent, on or after May 20, 2013, an application pursuant to section 24 of the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) for the Minister of Finance to issue letters patent continuing Cidel Trust Company as a trust company pursuant to the Trust and Loan Companies Act (Canada) under the name Cidel Trust Company, in English, and Société de fiducie Cidel, in French, to carry on the business of a trust company in Canada. Its head office will be located in the city of Calgary, Alberta.
Any person who objects to the proposed incorporation or continuance may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before June 20, 2013.

The Restigouche River Watershed Management Council (RRWMC) hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, the Restigouche River Watershed Management Council (RRWMC) has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Land Registry Office of Campbellton, Restigouche County, at 157 Water Street, Campbellton, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 32609894, a description of the site and plans for a proposed scientific instrument installation (rotary screw trap for smolt survey) on the Upsalquitch River, located at 47°51′11″ N, 66°54′32″ W, in Robinsonville, near the Upsalquitch River Road.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
