Bradford Burns hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Bradford Burns has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the Northumberland County Registry Office, at Miramichi, New Brunswick, under deposit No. 32656275, a description of the site and plans for the placement of rock clusters in the Cains River, near Shinnickburn, in front of Lots 40040818 and 40193583.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

Mailman & Kelley Marine Limited hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Mailman & Kelley Marine Limited has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Lunenburg County, at 270 Logan Road, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, under deposit No. 102959328, a description of the site and plans for the construction of a wharf in Mahone Bay, at Indian Point Road, in front of Lot No. 350, bearing PID 60622859.

Under section 9 of the said Act, the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario has deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Algoma, at 420 Queen Street E, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, under deposit No. T469061, a description of the site and plans for the replacement of the Stokely Creek Bridge, over Stokely Creek, on Highway 7088, in the township of Havilland, in front of Lot SEC 27, 0.9 km west of Highway 17.
