Interest rates
In accordance with subsection 13(3) of the Canada Student Loans Regulations, notice is hereby given that, pursuant to subsections 13(1) and 13(2) respectively, the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development has fixed the Class “A” rate of interest at 2.250% and the Class “B” rate of interest at 2.875% for the loan year ending on July 31, 2014.

The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development hereby gives notice pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, R.S. 1985, c. 36, 2nd supplement, that no bids were received for Parcel AIN2013-01 offered in the 2012-2013 Arctic Islands of Nunavut Call for Bids.
A summary of the terms and conditions applicable to the call was published in the Canada Gazette, Part Ⅰ, on May 18, 2013. The call closed on September 17, 2013.

Results of the 2012-2013 Call for Bids for Exploration Licences: Central Mackenzie Valley
The Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development hereby gives notice pursuant to subsection 15(2) of the Canada Petroleum Resources Act, R.S. 1985, c. 36, 2nd supplement, of the bids which have been selected in response to the 2012-2013 Central Mackenzie Valley Call for Bids. Winning bidders who submit the issuance fee and work deposit representing 25% of their work proposal bid will be eligible to receive an exploration licence.
A summary of the terms and conditions applicable to the call was published in the Canada Gazette, Part Ⅰ, on May 18, 2013. The call closed on September 17, 2013.
In accordance with the requirements set out in the 2012-2013 Central Mackenzie Valley Call for Bids, the following bids have been selected:

Basic rate
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 5 of the Assessment ofPension Plans Regulations, that the Superintendent of Financial Institutions sets the basic rate, established pursuant to section 4 of the said Regulations, at $10.00 for the Office year beginning on April 1, 2014. In accordance with subsection 2(2) of the said Regulations, this rate applies to plans with a year-end between October 1, 2013, and September 30, 2014, and for newly established plans filing for registration on or after April 1, 2014.
