Atlantic Aqua Farms Partnership hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Atlantic Aqua Farms Partnership has deposited with the Minister of Transport and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Guysborough County, at Guysborough, Nova Scotia, under deposit Nos. 103953445 (Lease 0621), 103953296 (Lease 0622), 103953379 (Lease 0623) and 103953478 (Lease 0001), a description of the site and plans of existing aquaculture facilities in Country Harbour, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, in front of leases 0621, 0622, 0623 and 0001.
Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Manager, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, P.O. Box 1013, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia B2Y 4K2. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing and are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of the last notice. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.
