PROPOSED REGULATORY TEXT
Notice is given that the Governor in Council, pursuant to subsection 109.1(3) (see footnote a) of the Customs Act (see footnote b), proposes to make the annexed Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions (Customs) Regulations.
Interested persons may make representations concerning the proposed Regulations within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice. COMING INTO FORCE
4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), these Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
(2) Section 3 of these Regulations comes into force on a day to be fixed by amendment to this subsection.
