Withdrawal of Three By-election Writs
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 551 of the Canada Elections Act (S.C. 2000, c. 9), that the writs issued on May 3, 2015, for federal by-elections to be held in the following electoral districts on October 19, 2015, are deemed to have been superseded and withdrawn under subsection 31(3) of the Parliament of Canada Act, therefore cancelling the said by-elections:
