CAISSE POPULAIRE ACADIE LTÉE
APPLICATION TO ESTABLISH A FEDERAL CREDIT UNION
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to subsection 25(2) of the Bank Act (Canada), that Caisse populaire Acadie Ltée, mandated by the 14 other credit union members of the Fédération des caisses populaires acadiennes Limitée, with which it will merge under New Brunswick legislation, intends to ask the Minister of Finance for letters patent incorporating the entity resulting from such merger into a federal credit union to carry on the business of banking in Canada.
The proposed federal credit union will operate under the name Caisse populaire acadienne ltée. Its head office will be located in Caraquet, New Brunswick. It will offer a full range of banking services to individuals and businesses.
Any person who objects may submit an objection in writing to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions located at 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, on or before October 26, 2015.

Note: The publication of this notice should not be construed as evidence of the issue of letters patent constitute the federal credit union. The granting of letters patent will be dependent upon the normal application review process under the Bank Act and the discretion of the Minister of Finance.

PROGRESSIVE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY
RELEASE OF ASSETS
Pursuant to section 651 of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) [the “Act”], notice is hereby given that Progressive Casualty Insurance Company intends to apply to the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada) on or after October 19, 2015, for an order authorizing the release of the assets that it maintains in Canada in accordance with the Act.
Any policyholder or creditor in respect of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company's insurance business in Canada opposing that release is invited to file an opposition by mail to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (Canada), Legislation and Approvals Division, 255 Albert Street, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0H2, or by email at approvalsandprecedents@osfi-bsif.gc.ca on or before October 19, 2015.
