Notice No. DGTP-001-2015 — Petition to the Governor in Council concerning Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-131 and Telecom Order CRTC 2015-132
Notice is hereby given that a petition from DiversityCanada Foundation (hereinafter referred to as DiversityCanada) and the National Pensioners Federation (hereinafter referred to as NPF) has been received by the Governor in Council (GIC) under section 12 of the Telecommunications Act with respect to two decisions issued by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), concerning the award of costs.
Subsection 12(1) of the Telecommunications Act provides that, within one year after a decision by the CRTC, the GIC may, on petition in writing presented to the GIC within 90 days after the decision, or on the GIC's own motion, by order, vary or rescind the decision or refer it back to the CRTC for reconsideration of all or a portion of it.
In their petition dated July 7, 2015, DiversityCanada and the NPF requested that the GIC vary Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-131, DiversityCanada Foundation – Application to review and vary Telecom Order 2014-220 and Telecom Order CRTC 2015-132, Determination of costs award with respect to the participation of the DiversityCanada Foundation in the proceeding leading to Telecom Decision 2015-131. The reasons for this request are included in the petition.

Notice No. DGTP-002-2015 — Petition to the Governor in Council concerning Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-326
Notice is hereby given that a petition from Bell Canada has been received by the Governor in Council (GIC) under section 12 of the Telecommunications Act with respect to a decision issued by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) concerning wholesale regulation of high-speed access services.

In its petition dated October 20, 2015, Bell Canada requested that the GIC vary Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-326, Review of wholesale wireline services and associated policies. The reasons for this request are included in the petition.
