Notice with respect to the availability of an equivalency agreement

Pursuant to subsection 10(7) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, notice is hereby given that the Minister of the Environment has entered into and makes available the Agreement on the Equivalency of Federal and British Columbia Regulations Respecting the Release of Methane from the Upstream Oil and Gas Sector in British Columbia, 2020.

The Agreement is available as of April 4, 2020, on the Environmental Registry of the Department of the Environment.
