ESURANCE INSURANCE COMPANY OF CANADA

ASSUMPTION REINSURANCE AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that Esurance Insurance Company of Canada (“Esurance”) intends to make an application to the Minister of Finance (Canada) pursuant to subsection 254(3) of the Insurance Companies Act (Canada) on or after June 1, 2020, for approval to reinsure, on an assumption basis, substantially all of the liabilities of Esurance with its parent company, Allstate Insurance Company of Canada.

A copy of the proposed assumption reinsurance agreement will be made available for inspection by the policyholders of Esurance during regular business hours at the offices of Esurance, located at 27 Allstate Parkway, Markham, Ontario L3R 5P8, for a 30-day period after the date of publication of this notice. Any policyholder may request a copy of the assumption reinsurance agreement by writing to Esurance to the attention of Angie Morris at the above address.
