The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File No. PR-2020-015) from Tenwest Holdings Ltd. (Tenwest) of Oshawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. E60PV-20ESS3/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC). The solicitation was for face shields. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on July 10, 2020, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Tenwest challenges the disqualification of its bid for late delivery, alleging that the mailroom of PWGSC was closed when Tenwest attempted to deliver samples of the goods at issue.

Social media monitoring services
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File No. PR-2020-013) from KI Design, of Toronto, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. 08082-190570/A) by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development. The solicitation was for social media monitoring services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on July 10, 2020, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
KI Design alleges that PWGSC did not evaluate its bid in accordance with the terms of the solicitation and that PWGSC improperly favoured the winning bidder.
