The following notice of proposed revocation was sent to the charity listed below revoking it for failure to meet the parts of the Income Tax Act as listed in this notice:
“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraphs 168(1)(b) and 168(1)(e) of the Income Tax Act, that I propose to revoke the registration of the organization listed below and that the revocation of registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice.”

Consulting services
Notice is hereby given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination (File No. PR-2020-071) on May 7, 2021, with respect to a complaint filed by Bronson Consulting Group Inc. (Bronson) of Ottawa, Ontario, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, R.S.C., 1985, c. 47 (4th Supp.), concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. CA20HR2) by Defence Construction Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for historical research services.
Bronson alleged that its bid was improperly evaluated.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of various trade agreements, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was not valid.
