PROPOSED REGULATORY TEXT
Notice is given that the Administrator in Council, pursuant to paragraph 34(a) of the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority Act footnote a, proposes to make the annexed Regulations Amending the CATSA Aerodrome Designation Regulations.
Interested persons may make representations with respect to the proposed Regulations to the Minister of Transport within 30 days after the date of publication of this notice.
