The following notice of intention to revoke was sent to each of the charities listed below because they have not met the filing requirements of the Income Tax Act:

“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 168(1)(c) of the Income Tax Act, that I propose to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of subsection 168(2) thereof, the revocation of the registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

Communications, photographic, mapping, printing and publication services

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File No. PR-2021-042) from Enveloppe Concept Inc. (ECI) of Lasalle, Quebec, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. EN893-220033/A) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services. The solicitation was for envelopes for the Receiver General for Canada. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on September 17, 2021, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

ECI alleges that the successful bidder’s proposal is non-compliant with respect to certain certifications and requirements of the solicitation.

(SupremeX) of Etobicoke, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation No. EN893-220033/A) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services. The solicitation was for the provision of envelopes for the Receiver General for Canada. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Tribunal made a decision on September 17, 2021, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

SupremeX alleges that the successful bidder should not have been awarded the contract, as it did not meet the Canadian content and corporate experience requirements set out in the solicitation.
