Therefore, the following notice of intention to revoke has been sent to the charities listed below, and is now being published according to the requirements of the Income Tax Act:
“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 168(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act, of our intention to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of paragraph 168(2)(a) thereof, the revocation of the registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

Notice is given that, after completing its inquiry, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal made a determination (File PR-2021-056) on March 4, 2022, with respect to a complaint filed by Denis Belanger (DB), of Ottawa, Ontario, pursuant to subsection 30.11(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, concerning a procurement (solicitation SN21002) by the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board (PMPRB). The solicitation was for scientific literature search services.
DB alleged that the procurement had been conducted in a discriminatory and non-transparent manner and that the PMPRB had improperly disclosed confidential information.
Having examined the evidence presented by the parties and considered the provisions of the applicable trade agreement, the Tribunal determined that the complaint was not valid.

Special purpose clothing
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2021-080) from ProWear Inc. of Toronto, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation W6399-22LH75/A) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence. The solicitation was for the provision of a cold weather layering system for clothing. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on March 11, 2022, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
ProWear Inc. alleges that PWGSC refused to provide sufficient information regarding product details and evaluation criteria on which to base a financial proposal.

Permission and leave granted (Bhalesar, Saminder)
The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to section 116 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby gives notice that it has granted permission, pursuant to subsection 114(4) of the said Act, to Saminder Bhalesar, Senior Communications Advisor, Public Services and Procurement Canada, to seek nomination as a candidate, before and during the election period, and to be a candidate before the election period in the provincial election in the electoral district of Ottawa West – Nepean, Ontario. The election is expected to be held on or before June 2, 2022.
The Public Service Commission of Canada, pursuant to subsection 114(5) of the said Act, has also granted a leave of absence without pay during the election period, effective the first day the employee is a candidate during the election period.
