The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) hereby gives notice of a call for submission of bids for eight Exploration Licences covering those lands in the Canada-Nova Scotia offshore area described in Appendix I (the “Lands”) of Call for Bids No. NS22-1.

This notice of the Call for Bids No. NS22-1 is made pursuant to the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation Act, S.C. 1988, c. 28, and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Resources Accord Implementation (Nova Scotia) Act, S.N.S. 1987, c. 3 (the “legislation”).
