Information technology consultation services

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2023-046) from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), of Ottawa, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation WS3974445941) made by the Department of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) on behalf of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The solicitation was for information technology professional services. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on December 20, 2023, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.

PwC alleges that PWGSC improperly found Deloitte Inc. to be the winning bidder.
