Revocation of registration of charities
The registered charities listed below have consolidated or merged with other organizations and have requested that their registration be revoked. Therefore, the following notice of intention to revoke has been sent to the charities listed below, and is now being published according to the requirements of the Income Tax Act:
“Notice is hereby given, pursuant to paragraph 168(1)(a) of the Income Tax Act, that I propose to revoke the registration of the charity listed below and that by virtue of paragraph 168(2)(a) thereof, the revocation of the registration is effective on the date of publication of this notice in the Canada Gazette.”

Cloud-based services
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2024-015) from Oracle Canada ULC (Oracle), of Mississauga, Ontario, concerning a procurement (Solicitation CS-IAAS-2024) made by Shared Services Canada (SSC). The solicitation is for the provision of cloud-based infrastructure as a service and native platform as a service. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on May 29, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Oracle alleges various irregularities in the procurement process, including that SSC failed to provide clear and fair criteria to select and prequalify suppliers.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has received a complaint (File PR-2024-013) from Weatherlogics Inc. (Weatherlogics), of Lorette West, Manitoba, concerning a procurement (Solicitation 5000073434) made by the Department of the Environment (ECCC). The solicitation was for the update of Canadian precipitation datasets. Pursuant to subsection 30.13(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act and subsection 7(2) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Procurement Inquiry Regulations, notice is given that the Tribunal made a decision on May 27, 2024, to conduct an inquiry into the complaint.
Weatherlogics alleges that ECCC unfairly and inaccurately re-evaluated its bid, further to the Tribunal’s determination dated February 7, 2024, arising from a previous complaint (PR-2023-039) pertaining to the same solicitation.
