Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services as the Minister for the purposes of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2003-2104 of December 12, 2003 (see footnote a); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services as the Minister for the purposes of the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act (see footnote b).
