TRADE-MARKS ACT

Order Repealing Order in Council P.C. 1996-324 and Designating the Minister of Industry as the Minister for the purposes of certain sections of the Act

His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 11.11(2) (see footnote a) of the Trade-marks Act (see footnote b),

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1996-324 of March 12, 1996 (see footnote c); and
• (b) designates the Minister of Industry, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of sections 11.11 to 11.24 (see footnote d) of that Act.
