Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1200 of September 25, 2018^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Democratic Institutions, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act^{footnote a}.
