The Minister of the Environment, pursuant to subsection 197(2) and section 194 of the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act ^{footnote a}, makes the annexed Order Repealing Certain Legislative Instruments.

Order Repealing Certain Legislative Instruments

Repeal

1 The Notice Establishing Criteria Respecting Facilities and Persons and Publishing Measures ^{footnote 1} is repealed.

2 The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Information Production Order ^{footnote 2} is repealed.

Coming into Force

3 (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.

(2) Section 2 comes into force on August 1, 2019.
