Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph (c.1) ^{footnote a} of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act ^{footnote b}, designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Canadian Accessibility Standards Development Organization for the purposes of that Act, effective July 11, 2019.
