Order Designating the Minister of Natural Resources, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the two Acts

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 8 of the Canadian Energy Regulator Act ^{footnote a} and pursuant to paragraph (c.1) ^{footnote b} of the definition appropriate Minister in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act ^{footnote c},

a) designates the Minister of Natural Resources, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of the Canadian Energy Regulator Act ^{footnote a}; and

b) designates the Minister of Natural Resources as the appropriate Minister with respect to the Canadian Energy Regulator for the purposes of the Financial Administration Act ^{footnote c}.
