Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subparagraph 16(2)(a)(ii) ^{footnote a} of the Customs Tariff ^{footnote 1}, makes the annexed Regulations Repealing the CCRFTA Non-entitlement to Preference Regulations.

Repeal

1 The CCRFTA Non-entitlement to Preference Regulations ^{footnote 2} are repealed.

Coming into Force

2 These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
