Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services to be the Minister referred to in that Act

P.C. 2019-1352 November 20, 2019

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-389 of April 26, 2019 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is not a member of the Treasury Board, to be the Minister referred to in that Act.
