Order Designating the Minister of Public Works and Government Services as the Minister for the purposes of that Act

P.C. 2019-1353 November 20, 2019

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2019-390 of April 26, 2019 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, who is a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada and is not a member of the Treasury Board, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
