Order Designating the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the Minister for the purposes of that Act

P.C. 2019-1356 November 20, 2019

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition Minister in subsection 2(1) of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Act ^{footnote a},

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1024 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote b}; and
• (b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
