Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1023 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Electoral Boundaries Readjustment Suspension Act, 1994 ^{footnote b}.
