Order Designating the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Referendum Act

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

• (a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-1022 of July 18, 2018 ^{footnote a}; and
• (b) designates the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, as the responsible minister for the purposes of the Referendum Act ^{footnote b}.
